Power BI, end to end
Semantic models, DAX and Power Query built to hold up in production, then deployed and governed so they stay that way.
Independent Power BI consultant for operational and enterprise data. Remote-first delivery across the EU and UK.
About
I'm Lorenzo Reale, a Power BI consultant with an engineer's approach to data. I trained as an aerospace engineer at the Politecnico di Milano, then spent six years in London moving into enterprise data and analytics, building reporting that operational teams and leadership could rely on. I now work independently with organisations across the EU and UK, bringing that same rigour to Power BI: models that hold their logic, numbers that reconcile, and reporting built to last.

Approach
Most reporting problems aren't reporting problems. When operational numbers don't reconcile, the cause is usually upstream, in how the data was captured, modelled and moved, long before it ever reached Power BI.
I work with operational data, where the KPIs and the figures leadership acts on have to be defensible, not just presentable. I've built reporting in demanding, high-stakes environments, so I start at the data layer, not the chart.
That means semantic models that hold their logic, DAX you can audit, and a SQL foundation that won't quietly drift. Building the dashboard is the easy part, and the last.
Services
From the SQL foundation to the dashboard and the automation around it. Taken on as one coherent piece of work, or wherever you need a gap closed.
Semantic models, DAX and Power Query built to hold up in production, then deployed and governed so they stay that way.
The foundation under the report. T-SQL, query optimisation and clean warehouse integration, so the numbers are right before they reach the model.
Removing the manual steps around reporting. Power Automate, SharePoint and Office Scripts that turn fragile spreadsheet routines into dependable workflows.
Get in touch
If you're delivering Power BI in a regulated or operational environment, and the numbers have to stand up to scrutiny, I'd like to hear about it.
